As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, join us for a meditative and movement-rich celebration of the Summer Solstice. This all-levels workshop is designed to honor the "dance" and "art" side of pole, focusing on fluid transitions, aesthetic lines, and the mythology of the sun.

Set against the backdrop of the longest day of the year, we will move through a three-stage "Solar Arc" that mirrors the journey of the light:

Dawn (The Awakening): We begin with slow, grounded, low-to-the-floor movements. Expect a pole-assisted "Sun Salutation" flow to warm up the body and center the mind.

High Noon (The Radiance): Harness the peak energy of the sun with high-energy spins, elegant Fan Kicks, and solar-themed shapes to celebrate our inner strength.

Dusk (The Golden Hour): As we wind down, we transition into "Golden Hour" poses and long, lingering stretches, finding stillness within.
