You're invited to join Cosmic Flow, the next phase of our Bonsai Dance Flow journey! This series is exclusively for those who have completed Elemental Flow at least once, as we're ready to dive deeper.
Whether you're looking for a fun way to express yourself, a unique fitness routine, or a deeper connection to the cosmos and the magic of dance, Cosmic Flow offers a magical and empowering experience.
In this series, we level up and explore intricate, intermediate movements and combinations. Inspired by the cosmos and woven with magic, these new movements are rooted in belly dance and are designed to bring a little extra challenge and fun to your practice.
In this series, you will:

Learn magical combinations such as Slytherin, Aphrodite, and Violet Dragonfly.

Master both a fast vocabulary, including new shimmies and upbeat movements to get your booty shaking, and a slow, "gooey" vocabulary to achieve cosmic grace.

Deepen your community experience by learning to lead and support as a follower, working in duets, and moving into new formations.

Learn to dance in pillars, a beautiful backdrop of support for fellow dancers, to your practice.

Prerequisite: Must have completed Bonsai Elemental Flow once before taking this series. Must be also be taking Elemental flow until proficient in all movements.
